What are your phone hours?

Conscious Power Solutions is available to take your sales and Customer Service calls Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm (Eastern). You can also contact us for product quotations, billing inquiries or for any other questions.

How do I place an order with Conscious Power Solutions?

We want you to feel comfortable placing your order. You can use our secure online ordering system or simply call us during regular business hours. You can also email your order to us.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, but it can depend on the product being purchased. In general, we offer discounts based on order volume, and to Dealers, and OEMs. Contact us for more information about the discounts we offer.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes.
While we are unable to take and ship orders through our online store, we can ship to Canada.
Simply reach out to us via email at sales@conscious-power.com and we can take payment via credit card or PayPal.

What if I have a custom product request?

We are happy to work with you on custom product opportunities. Contact Customer Service (203-242-8500) and they will work with you on bringing your custom product solution to life.

Why won't your website accept my credit card?

To protect your credit card information, we validate the information you provide during the checkout process. If you received an error message during checkout, please confirm that the following information exactly matches your credit card:

CVV number
Expiration date
Name on card
Billing address (must match the billing address of your credit card)
